In the bustling city of Pune, Malhar, a young rickshaw driver, shoulders the heavy burden of supporting his widowed mother and younger sister. Despite his unwavering dedication to family, Malhar feels like an outcast among his peers, his responsibilities isolating him from the carefree life of a typical young man. When he accidentally stumbles into the world of Argentine Tango, he suddenly finds himself torn between his conservative roots and an elite dance community that awakens something beyond his mundane existence.

Somewhat reminiscent of Masayuki Suo’s classic 1996 film, Shall We Dance?, this gem of a movie is similarly a deeply moving journey of transformation and a celebration of movement, connection, and the courage to embrace a new rhythm in life.
